I am an accredited Integrative Relational Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor with over 27+ years’ experience working in private practice, with the NHS, and in various charities. I specialise in providing psychotherapy for Doctors and other healthcare professionals, working both privately in Highgate and Hampstead  and with Practitioner Health (PH), an NHS service offering confidential support for Doctors. 

For 16+ years, I have supported Doctor experiencing a wide range of stress and work-related and personal difficulties. While my consultancy has a strong focus on healthcare professionals, you do not need to work in healthcare to benefit from therapy in my practice! Everyone can benefit from therapy in their lives.

Alongside my counselling and therapy work, I am an accredited specialist in Supervision. I provide supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, and trainees within an Integrative Relational framework, supervising across Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Transpersonal approaches.

For many years I worked closely with Professor Maria Gilbert who was my clinical supervisor for 10+ years, benefitting greatly from her work. My work is also deeply informed by the courage and commitment of the people I have had the privilege to support, particularly our healthcare professionals working under sustained pressure.
